Financial and Governance Updates:
Following the filing of our 2023 10-K on January 27, 2025, we are actively collaborating with our auditors to complete and file the 10-Q reports for the first, second, and third quarters of 2024 as soon as possible. We remain committed to ensuring the highest standards of accuracy and regulatory compliance throughout this process. Strategic Business Developments:
We are excited to announce a groundbreaking partnership with First Response Mental Health Inc. (firstresponsemh.com), a leader in proactive peer support management systems. Throughtheir innovative PeerConnect app, First Response Mental Health provides mental healthresources, wellness programs, and peer support to over 300 first responder departments andagencies across the United States.
As part of this collaboration, First Response Mental Health will integrate our Trauma Helpline into their platform, offering first responders immediate, 24/7 access to trauma-trained mental health consultants. This enhancement ensures that first responders receive specializedsupport whenever their needs extend beyond peer assistance, further strengthening theiraccess to critical mental health resources.
We are also excited to share that SAFE4R (www.safe4r.com), the world’s first social protection app, has selected our Behavioral 1st Moment™ solution as their new behavioral health provider for all future business. SAFE4R has pioneered a revolutionary safety net by empowering ordinary citizens to act as witnesses and first responders during medical emergencies or situations where individuals may be at risk.
Our Behavioral 1st Moment™ solution—a 24/7, immediate-access consultation service staffed by Master’s-level clinicians—will now serve as the cornerstone of SAFE4R’s behavioral health support. This partnership underscores our commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality mental health solutions that make a meaningful difference in critical moments.
Finally, we are pleased to announce a new partnership with Peppi’s Paws (www.peppispaws.com), an innovative online veterinary service and pet care platform founded by a team of licensed veterinarians and pet enthusiasts. Inspired by their beloved family poodle, Peppi’s Paws provides 24/7 virtual veterinary services, discounted medications, and affordable pet insurance to pet owners nationwide. As part of this collaboration, Peppi’s Paws will integrate our Televet offering into their platform. Televet provides 24/7 instant access to licensed veterinary technicians via call, chat, or email, ensuring pet owners receive expert guidance for any issue their dog or cat may be experiencing. This partnership reflects our commitment to expanding the reach of our innovative solutions and supporting the well-being of pets and their families.
